We know that there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution in today’s dynamic world so we have three different ways you can do business with us:
- Dedicated team
- Partial resource
- Fixed price
The “Dedicated team” business model
Dedicated Team business model is usually used for long-term projects, where requirements are unclear and scope changes frequently. It is also used when client’s own team lacks skills or expertise in specific areas. The main aim of the dedicated team is to work seamlessly as part of client’s team to provide quality, unique and project-specific solutions.
The team you hire will be composed by our full-time employees but they will work exclusively for you. The project management control is in your hands thus giving you the ultimate control and flexibility over getting things done your way.
- Complete control over the selection, motivation and management of dedicated team members.
- Day-to-day communication and management using web tools, e.g. Basecamphq, Asana, Skype.
- Agile approach, fully predictable costs and budget control.
- Workload and scope are not fixed and change requests can be made at any moment.
- Loyal team of external staff with which client can establish the same working relationships and rules as with the main personnel.
- When dedicated team members work for some time with a client, they have profound understanding of client’s expectations and clearly see teend goal.
- Team cohesion and stability.
- Transmission of project knowledge and familiarity with the client’s business domain.
The “Partial resource” business model
This model is useful when you need some small additional resource for your project but you can’t afford a full-time/dedicated employee.
This usually happens with support and maintenance arrangements or with very small projects.
In that case you will be able to hire a partial resource on a weekly basis ( e.g. 4 man-hours support per week ) and use the resource as needed.
We will make sure that the resource is available.
- Flexible and negotiable budget and low risk for both parties.
- Significant client’s control over the project, any task or enhancement implementation on demand.
The “Fixed price” business model
A fixed price model is viable for projects with well defined requirements and schedules.
When your need is clearly specified in details, we will estimate the project scope and complexity, and provide a project delivery schedule along with with a fixed price for the complete software development.
- Cost and timeframe are specified before the beginning of the work on project.
- Little supervision is required from the client, all requirements are defined beforehan.
Please, don’t hesitate to talk to us about the way we can do business with you.
We are happy to discuss and we are always open for new suggestions.
